No, We are constantly updating the platforms in which your app can be available and when they become available your business will be there with no extra charge to you.
How long until my app is ready?
After you have confirm your content is ready, it takes up to 1 or 2 weeks for the app to be approved by the app store.
How much information do I have to provice for my app to be ready for the app store?
You should try to include as much information as posible to increase the value for your customers; However the minimum requiered is hours of operation, and at least 1 address.
If I update the content of my app do I have to wait again for my customers to see it?
No, all updated or new content will be available the next time your customers open the app.
Is deleting something permanent or can i recover it?
Deleting something is a permanent action and you can not recover it.
What is the recommended picture size?
250px by 250px because we show most pictures in a square space; However other dimentions will be accepted.
Why is my product not showing on my app?
Try shutting down the app and opening it again; If this does not fix the problem then continue reading. The most common reasons products will not show in the app are: 1)The product does not have a name or picture. 2)The Product is not set to active at that location.
Can I manage more than 1 business on the same account?
Yes, you can manage all your businesses using the same account but you will need to purchase separate product keys for each business.
Can I request a custom module?
If your business requires a custom module that we are currently not offering and is currently not under developement we can draft an estimate price for the module. You will have to send your request to Apps@elitedatacorp.com
